Wade is by far the best real estate agent I've had the pleasure of working with. He's knowledgeable, detail oriented, and responsive. In a competitive market with very little inventory, Wade was able to find us an off-market home that met all of our criteria and more. We couldn't be happier. I was fortunate to meet Wade at a home he was listing, and while that one didn't work out, his professional demeanor, superb knowledge of the area, and just all around expertise made it so clearly obvious to me that he represent me as a buyer's agent on a different property. I am so incredibly glad that I went with that instinct, because Wade is an absolute top-notch professional from start to finish. After we chatted a bit about my family, our goals, our must-haves, etc, Wade set up a series of showings in Tahoe Donner that completely blew me away. Who does that? WADE DOES THAT!!! Honestly, I cannot say enough good about Wade. He's a diehard local with a clear love for the region, knows the area, is incredibly welcoming to the new residents, and will be a tireless advocate for you. He also didn't even blink once at my seemingly endless list of questions that I showered him with throughout the process. Go with Wade. Simple. He was amazing.

We spent over 6 months looking for our Tahoe home. Wade was patient and helpful especially considering how all over the place we were as clients. We covered Truckee to Incline Village and everything in between. We finally found a gorgeous log cabin that backs up to national forest.
